Subscription Terms
What you’re agreeing to when you Subscribe & Save
- What you get: [PLACEHOLDER: product / quantity] shipped automatically every [PLACEHOLDER: frequency, e.g. 30 days].
- What you pay: [PLACEHOLDER: $XX.XX] per shipment ([PLACEHOLDER: discount %] off the one-time price), plus tax and shipping where they apply. We’ll tell you before any price change.
- When you’re billed: automatically on each renewal date using your saved payment method, until you cancel. We send a reminder before each renewal.
- How to cancel or change it: anytime, in your account — pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel in a few clicks. No phone call, no hoops.
- No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime; cancellation stops all future charges.
How subscriptions work
When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you’re enrolling in a recurring (auto-renewing) plan billed through Stripe Billing. By enrolling, you give us your express informed consent to charge your saved payment method automatically on each renewal date, on the cadence and at the price shown at checkout and summarized above — until you cancel.
Billing cadence & auto-renewal
Your subscription renews automatically every [PLACEHOLDER: frequency]. At each renewal we charge [PLACEHOLDER: $XX.XX] (plus applicable tax and shipping) to your payment method on file. Renewals continue until you cancel.
Pricing & changes
[PLACEHOLDER: if the first order is at an introductory price that differs from the recurring price, state both clearly here — e.g. “Your first shipment is $XX.XX; each shipment after that is $YY.YY.”] If we ever change your subscription price, we’ll give you advance notice by email before the new price takes effect, so you can decide whether to continue. [PLACEHOLDER: payments to confirm intro vs. recurring pricing.]
Payment method, retries & failed payments
We keep your payment method securely on file through Stripe (we never store raw card data ourselves) and use Stripe’s Account Updater so an expired or reissued card doesn’t interrupt your plan. If a renewal payment fails, we’ll retry it and email or text you to update your card. If payment still doesn’t go through after our retries, we pause your subscription rather than keep charging you silently.
Reminders before renewal
We email you before each renewal so there are no surprises. The reminder tells you what’s shipping, when you’ll be charged, and how much — with a direct link to manage or cancel.
How to cancel, pause, or skip
You can cancel, pause, skip a shipment, or change your frequency anytime in Your Account → My Subscriptions, or by emailing help@optibelly.com. Cancelling is as easy as signing up — a few clicks, no phone call required. When you cancel, you won’t be billed again.
Refunds on subscription orders
There’s a difference between canceling and refunding:
- Canceling stops all future charges and shipments. It doesn’t refund an order that has already shipped.
- Refunds on an already-shipped order follow our Refund & Returns Policy and the money-back guarantee window.
[PLACEHOLDER: Karim/counsel to confirm how the guarantee applies to subscription renewals.]
Cancellation deadline / next-charge cutoff
To avoid your next charge, cancel at least [PLACEHOLDER: X hours/days] before your renewal date. After that point, the upcoming shipment may already be in processing. [PLACEHOLDER: Karim/payments to set the exact cutoff — do not publish a number that doesn’t match the system’s actual behavior.]
Changes to these terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. If a change affects your active subscription, we’ll give you advance notice by email before it takes effect.
