Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Onlink Digital (“OptiBelly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit optibelly.com, place an order, or sign up for our email and SMS program. We’re a US-based direct-to-consumer gut-health brand, and we sell only within the United States.

We’ve written this in plain English where we can. If anything here is unclear, reach out — contact details are at the bottom.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Shipping and billing addresses.
  • Order history and subscription details.
  • Answers you give in our quiz or product surveys (these describe your stated experience and preferences).
  • Messages you send our support team.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser information, IP address, and general location.
  • How you use the store (pages viewed, items added to cart) through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie & Consent Notice for details and to manage your choices.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe’s hosted fields handle card data directly, so your raw card details never touch our servers. We keep only limited, non-sensitive details (such as the last four digits and card type) to help you manage orders and subscriptions.

A note on health information

OptiBelly does not collect medical diagnoses or medical records. Quiz answers describe your stated experience and preferences and are used to recommend products and personalize our email — they are not treated as medical records or used to make health determinations about you. [PLACEHOLDER: counsel to confirm exact wording]

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders, and manage your subscriptions.
  • Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, renewal reminders).
  • Send marketing email and SMS where you’ve consented, and let you opt out anytime.
  • Personalize product recommendations and the content you see.
  • Improve our store, products, and customer experience.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, and keep the store secure.
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential store functions, analytics, and advertising. Non-essential tags — including Google Analytics (GA4), the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and Google Ads — only fire after you give consent. We use Google Consent Mode v2 to honor your choices for analytics and advertising storage, ad personalization, and ad user data.

For the full breakdown by category and to change your choices anytime, see our Cookie & Consent Notice.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the store, and only as needed for them to do their jobs. These include:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Klaviyo — email and SMS delivery.
  • [PLACEHOLDER: shipping/fulfillment provider(s)] — order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Google and Meta — analytics and advertising (only with your consent).
  • [PLACEHOLDER: any other processors — hosting, analytics, support tooling].

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information. [PLACEHOLDER: counsel to confirm this statement against the CCPA/CPRA “sale” and “share” definitions, since advertising cookies may count as a “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising.]

Your choices & rights

You’re in control of how we contact you and what we track:

  • Email: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
  • SMS: reply STOP to any marketing text.
  • Cookies: change your preferences anytime through our cookie preferences.

State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or correct your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. To exercise these rights — including “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” — use the Manage privacy choices option below or contact us. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

[PLACEHOLDER: counsel to confirm which state privacy laws apply (CCPA/CPRA and any other states such as VA, CO, CT, etc.) and the verification/response-time requirements.]

Manage privacy choices

Data security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls, and reputable service providers. Card payments are handled by Stripe under PCI DSS (we operate at SAQ-A scope, meaning we never store raw card data ourselves). No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account or subscription is active, and afterward only as long as we need it for the purposes described here — for example, to fulfill orders, comply with tax and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. [PLACEHOLDER: specific retention periods to confirm with counsel.]

Children’s privacy

OptiBelly is not directed to children. Our store and products are intended for adults 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. If the changes are significant, we’ll let you know more directly.
